- General Information:
- Provided with Rental - All units are supplied with pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven and TV. We also provide bed linens. Some units include air conditioning. We do not provide maid or laundry services, nor do we provide beach or bath towels.
- 1 - 14' aluminum boat is available for each unit. Motors are not included, but can be rented.
- Assigned parking is provided, but is limited to 1 car for one-bedroom units and 2 cars for all other units. Provisions for parking of additional vehicles must be arranged for in advance.
- Provided for a Fee - Motors (6, 8 & 9 horsepower) can be rented, based on availability, for an additional fee. Rental fees are listed on the Resort Price List above. Gas and oil are not included in the motor rental, and are the individual responsibility of the renter.
- One pontoon boat can be rented, based on availability, for an additional fee. Gas is not included in the pontoon rental and is the individual responsibility of the renter.
- General Usage Policy - Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 9:00 AM. Arrivals before 2:00 PM or after 6:00 PM must be arranged in advance. Guests are financially responsible for period of reservation, subject to cancellation policy.
- Resort access is for registered guests only, no pets or visitors are allowed. If you have additional guests that will be joining you within the period of stay, those guests must be identified at time of registration, exceptions can be made with advance notice. Additional fees, if they apply, must be paid as indicated on the Resort Price List above.
- Payment Policy - Unit rental fees are documented in the Resort Price List. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- A deposit is required at time of reservation. For one-week reservations, the deposit is $150.00 per unit (non-refundable). For reservations of less than one-week, the deposit is $50.00 per unit (non-refundable). Telephone reservations shall not be considered confirmed until reservation confirmation form, provided by proprieter, is returned with required deposit. Prompt return of this form is appreciated. You can also fill out the Reservation Form on our website and send us a check.
- Payment, less deposit, is due upon arrival at check-in. Payment can be made in cash or check.
- Cancellation Policy - If you should find the need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations.
